Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to lead solution architecture, technical design, integrations, governance, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Intelligence, Account Engagement, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce , and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, technical design, discovery workshops, and solution discussions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions .
- Define solution, integration, data, and technical architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance to development teams.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and Salesforce best practices.
- Review technical designs and code and guide developers.
- Design and oversee integrations, custom development, automation, and data migration.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Design high-volume, scalable, and performance-optimized solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural, integration, and production issues.
- Lead POCs and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and third-party technologies.
- Support release management, CI/CD, deployment, and environment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, governance, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise architects.
- Mentor technical teams on Salesforce architecture and implementation best practices.

Required Experience

- 9–14 years of overall CRM/technology experience.

- Strong enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture experience.
- Experience leading technical design and architecture activities.
- Strong integration, custom development, and data migration experience.
- Experience handling large datasets and performance-sensitive environments.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
