Requirements

- Experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong functional and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing customer journeys, marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign management, and integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

- Configure Email Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and segmentation.

- Develop personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL.

- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Support campaign testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.





- Conduct discovery workshops and translate marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Support solution design, effort estimation, and presales activities.

- Functional Skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Journey Builder Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder Data Extensions, AMPscript SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce CRM Integration, Marketing Segmentation Personalization
