About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with 2-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, JavaScript, Salesforce configuration, and integration development. You will work closely with healthcare stakeholders, business teams, architects, and developers to build scalable, secure, and efficient healthcare solutions while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet healthcare business requirements.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.




- Create and manage custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Develop automation using Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Implement and support Salesforce security configurations including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external healthcare systems such as EHR, EMR, billing platforms, and telehealth solutions.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, migration, and integration activities while ensuring data quality and security.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP-based integrations with enterprise applications.
- Create and execute unit test classes to ensure code quality and deployment readiness.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, business users, and IT teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Contribute to technical documentation, design specifications, deployment guides, and release activities.
- Support code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, governor limits, and development best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Minimum one end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities.
- Experience working with Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software development principles.




- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining unit test classes for Salesforce applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare business processes and patient-centric workflows.
- Experience using tools such as GitLab, JIRA, ALM, Top Team, and SonarQube.
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment, release management, and source control processes.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
