Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
Build and configure OmniStudio components, including:
OmniScripts
FlexCards
DataRaptors
Integration Procedures
Develop and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to connect with external and internal systems
Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce security models and data architecture to ensure robust, compliant solutions
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Salesforce Platform Development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)
Proven experience with OmniStudio, specifically:
OmniScripts
FlexCards
DataRaptors
Integration Procedures
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Good understanding of Salesforce security and data model best practices
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations
BFSI domain exposure, particularly in:
Banking
NBFC
Insurance
Asset Management
Wealth Management
Understanding of client onboarding, financial accounts, relationship management, portfolio management, and advisory workflows
Strong Preference Given To
Candidates with hands-on OmniStudio implementation experience across multiple projects
Candidates with Financial Services Cloud project experience
Candidates with prior experience in the Wealth Management domain
Mumbai-based candidates, or those willing to work in a hybrid model from the client's Vikhroli office
