Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and solution design for complex business requirements.
- Develop reusable and maintainable Lightning Web Components (LWC) following Salesforce best practices.
- Develop robust Apex solutions, including Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing where appropriate.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services, and other integration patterns.
- Have strong knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing architecture, including:

- OWD

- Role Hierarchy

- Sharing Rules
- Permission Sets and Permission Set Groups

- Profiles

- Apex Managed Sharing
- Record-Level and Field-Level Security
- with sharing, without sharing, and inherited sharing
- Configure and administer Salesforce features when required, including Flows, Validation Rules, Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, Permissions, and other declarative capabilities.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure development follows Salesforce coding standards, governor-limit considerations, security best practices, bulkification, scalability, and maintainability.
- Identify performance and architectural issues in existing implementations and recommend improvements.
- Review technical designs and provide optimal Salesforce solution approaches for complex requirements.




- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Administrators, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and integration issues.
- Participate in deployment planning, validation, and release management across Salesforce environments.
- Ensure proper unit testing, test coverage, deployment readiness, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.

Good to Have

- Experience with Copado and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Copado deployments, branching strategies, pipelines, quality gates, and deployment troubleshooting.

- Salesforce certifications such as

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

- Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Experience with OmniStudio / Industries / Public Sector Solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience mentoring and leading Salesforce development teams.

Qualifications & Experience

- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on technical expertise.
- Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
