If so, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor within KKR’s Technology organization. As a Senior Salesforce Analyst, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of tailored solutions on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, supporting KKR’s strategic objectives in the financial services sector.

This position involves working closely with a distributed offshore team and U.S.-based stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Your responsibilities will include leading complex projects, ensuring data quality and governance,



enhancing security protocols, and mentoring junior team members. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, translating their needs into scalable, efficient Salesforce configurations and integrations, thereby enabling KKR to optimize its client engagement and operational efficiency.

Key focus areas include leveraging AI-driven reporting, advancing mobile strategies, and strengthening security and compliance practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation within KKR’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen and a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams. You should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce.com functional analyst or consultant, with demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex configuration-based solutions. Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts and developers is essential.

Significant relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, especially with Financial Services Cloud, is highly preferred. You should have a passion for technology, architecture, and problem solving at scale, alongside strong skills in object-oriented design, SQL, and Excel. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, with experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders being a plus.

Additional qualifications include Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to shifting demands within a fast-paced environment is crucial. Cross-cultural collaboration skills and flexibility to accommodate overlapping hours with onshore teams will also be important.

Responsibilities

- Independently gather, analyze,



and refine complex business requirements, partnering directly with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Design technical and functional solutions based on business needs, utilizing Salesforce.com configuration tools such as objects, flows, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange products.
- Define and oversee testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during functional testing and UAT, utilizing advanced Salesforce debug tools to resolve issues efficiently.
- Drive discussions around requirements gathering, prototyping, design reviews, and testing, representing the team in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
- Design and govern scalable data models within Salesforce, applying object-oriented architecture principles for optimal performance and maintainability.
- Manage deployment processes and provide post-production support, leveraging scratch orgs and collaborating with the technical lead on CI/CD best practices.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate effectively across offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to meet project goals.
- Support end users with onboarding, training, and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
