- Delivered 2-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Web Services, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Extensive experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and working with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Robust understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including:
- Flows
- Workflow Rules
- Approval Processes
- Validation Rules
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Sharing Rules

- Experience implementing enterprise integrations using:

- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- OAuth 2.0
- Platform Events




- External systems

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment methodologies, AppExchange packages, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience in customization of Salesforce standard functionality.
- Good understanding of the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle and packaged solution development.
- Proficient in JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and related web technologies.
- Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other AI-powered CRM solutions.
