About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have strong development and analytical skills, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
- Perform data migration, data modeling, and data management activities within Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes (including CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git).
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certification.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Experience working with US/UK clients in an onshore-offshore model.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,610,818.88 per year
