Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Vlocity Architect with strong Salesforce Communications Cloud expertise and 2-3 end-to-end Telecom implementations. Responsible for solution architecture, technical design, integrations, delivery, governance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce Communications Cloud/Vlocity architecture and implementation.
- Work on OmniStudio, EPC, CPQ, OM/XOM & Digital Commerce.
- Design REST/SOAP, Kafka, MuleSoft & event-driven integrations.
- Develop using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Apex & LWC.
- Support Telecom BSS/OSS, Product Catalog, Order Management, Fulfillment, Provisioning & Billing.
- Handle data migration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, RCA & production support.
- Lead architecture/design reviews, CI/CD & DevOps and collaborate with global teams
