Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow to meet business requirements.

- Implement and configure Agent Force for contact center operations, enhancing agent productivity and automation.

- Design and develop custom integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

- Optimize data models, workflows, and security settings within Salesforce.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, and Flows.

- Exposure to Agent Force (contact center automation, agent workspace, or related modules).

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and best practices.

- Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., PD1, PD2) is a plus.
