Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead and Supervise: Guide staff daily, assign tasks, and track individual or group performance.
- Drive Targets: Help the team meet goals for vehicle sales, production numbers, or repair turnaround times.
- Train and Coach: Teach recent skills, explain product features, and run regular performance reviews.
- Handle Issues: Fix customer complaints, fix workflow blockages, and ensure workplace safety.
