- Team Leader

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Personal Loan and Overdraft Sales Executives.

- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.

- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.

- Improve team productivity and ensure consistent sales performance.

Sales &

- Business Development

- Drive sales of Personal Loan and Overdraft products.

- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, DSA/channel partners, and existing customer relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.

Lead Generation &

- Quality Sourcing

- Ensure proper customer profiling and quality lead generation.

- Monitor the quality of applications and customer sourcing.

- Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.

- Ensure that the team maintains a strong sales pipeline.

Loan Processing &

- Coordination

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Verification teams for smooth loan processing.





- Follow up on applications and pending documentation.

- Support timely loan approvals and disbursements.

- Ensure proper coordination throughout the customer journey.

Key Performance Indicators

Sales Performance

- Monthly disbursement value.

- Number of quality applications and logins.

- Lead-to-disbursement conversion rate.

- Team productivity.

- Revenue and fee generation.

- Customer acquisition.

Experience

- Experience in Personal Loans, Overdraft, Consumer Finance, Banking, Fintech, or NBFC Sales.

- Prior experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
