ONE Simulation is looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets.

? Location: Noida, India & Cardiff, UK

? Role: Sales Specialist

? Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply

? Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement

- Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups
- Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads

2. Sales Target Achievement

- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

3. Conferences & Workshops

- Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops
- Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers
- Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales

4. Sales-Driven Mindset





- Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops

- Passion for sales and business development
- Ability to build relationships and influence customers
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantage
