WE’RE HIRING | SALES SPECIALISTONE Simulation is looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets.

Location: Noida, India & Cardiff, UK

Role: Sales Specialist

Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply

### Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement

Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups

Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations

- Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads

2. Sales Target Achievement

Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

3. Conferences & Workshops

Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops

Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers

- Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales

4. Sales-Driven Mindset





Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace

Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops

### What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for sales and business development

Ability to build relationships and influence customers

Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable

- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2 B sales is an advantage
