Job Description: Managing Director, India

Location: Pune, India (start remotely)

Duration: 6 months, Right to Hire

Candidate needs a combination of qualified services + financial/accounting advisory + governance + US-facing delivery + India operations leadership.

What we need:

A senior India General Manager / Country Head who can manage Governance + Finance + People + Operations for a US-facing skilled-services organization.

Target background:

•Big 4 / advisory / consulting / GCC / GBS

•15+ years of experience

•Led 200+ employees or a sizeable India operation

•US/global stakeholder experience

•Budget/P&L; and KPI ownership

•Workforce planning and talent management

•Service delivery and operational excellence

•Indian governance, compliance and risk exposure

•Solid executive presence
