Translation Memory Administrator

Owns the health of the translation memory — the asset that determines both delivery quality and programme economics.
What you will own
• Administer memory instances across sixteen language pairs: imports, exports, penalty rules and domain separation.
• Operate the approval gate — only reviewed, approved content is promoted into the master memory.
• Run maintenance cycles: duplicate detection, conflict resolution, retirement of obsolete content, metadata audits.
• Qualify inherited memories from other suppliers — technical conformance, content audit,



cleaning and benchmarking.
• Report memory health: leverage trend, match distribution, duplicate and conflict rates, metadata completeness.
What you need
• 3+ years working hands-on with translation memories in a production workplace.
• Fluent with TMX, match categories, penalties and leverage analysis.
• Analytical discipline — this role is judged on what it keeps out of the memory as much as what it puts in.
Practical to have
• Experience cleaning or migrating a legacy memory between tools.
• SQL or scripting for memory analysis.
