We‘re hiring Sales Sourcing Managers who bring an established channel partner network and a track record of converting that network into quality, site-visit-ready leads in residential real estate. /n /n What You‘ll Do /n /n

- Build and grow a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, referral agents) across South Bengaluru

/n

- Generate and qualify leads through your partner network

/n

- Drive quality site visits and support the sales team through to conversion

/n

- Manage partner relationships end-to-end - onboarding, activation, and retention

/n

- Track and deliver against sourcing/lead generation targets

- 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or channel sourcing

- An active, working channel partner network

- Proven sourcing and lead generation track record
