Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist – Tele Sales / Business Development to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calling, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, driving sales conversations, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

Candidates with experience in Tele Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Sales, or other sales functions are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on business leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle tele sales conversations , customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or related sales roles .
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Good proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred.
- Candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong English communication skills may also apply.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working from the office and handling outbound calls.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass .

Working Details Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation

Salary will be competitive and determined based on experience, last drawn salary, communication skills, sales ability, and overall suitability for the role.
