Anand Bio Renewable Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the organic fertilizer and sustainable agriculture sector. We are focused on providing quality organic fertilizer solutions that support farmers, improve soil health, and promote sustainable agricultural practices.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative who can develop the market for our organic fertilizer products and build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, agricultural businesses, and other relevant channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales activities for organic fertilizer products.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, FPOs, and agricultural customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to villages, farms, dealers, distributors, and agricultural markets.
- Generate current leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain product benefits, application methods, dosage, and usage to customers.
- Develop strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings where required.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
- Identify new territories and opportunities for market expansion.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and customer support. Maintain regular sales reports, visit reports, lead records, and customer databases.




- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Graduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with an Agro, Fertilizer, Agriculture, Seeds, Pesticides, Bio-Fertilizer, or Farming industry background will be preferred.
- Relevant experience in field sales, agricultural sales, fertilizer sales, or dealer/distributor development is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of local agricultural markets and farmer networks will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with an Agriculture background and robust sales aptitude may also be considered.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, hardworking, confident, and comfortable working in the field. The candidate should understand the agricultural ecosystem and be capable of developing business through direct farmer interaction as well as dealer and distributor networks.

This is not a desk-only sales role. Regular field visits and direct market interaction are an essential part of the position.
