Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Chennai.

The Sales

Representative will engage with existing and prospective customers to promote Arun Pipes’ product portfolio, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client visits, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales to meet revenue and growth targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support,



while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

The Sales

Representative will also support market development by gathering feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and participating in local promotional events or trade initiatives.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to understand technical product features and applications in plumbing or construction environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with contractors, distributors, and end customers.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
- Proven ability to work in office, travel locally for client visits, and manage time and territory effectively.
- Prior experience in piping knowledge, compressor, pump working concept or industrial sales is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with clear sales targets and accountability.
