Sales & Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are hiring a Sales & Operations Executive for an office-based role in Nashik. The candidate will handle inbound leads from website, Amazon, and WhatsApp, convert them into sales, and manage customer operations including order tracking, follow-ups, and warranty claims.

This role requires positive communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and a disciplined, process-driven approach. Ideal for candidates looking to grow in sales and operations within a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads from website, Amazon, and WhatsApp
- Convert leads into sales through calls and chat follow-ups
- Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and tracking
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses
- Manage warranty claims and coordinate service support
- Maintain and update daily data in Google Sheets / CRM
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers
- Follow structured processes and maintain proper documentation
- Achieve daily/weekly follow-up and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales,



customer support, or operations
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Comfortable with calling customers and doing regular follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner
- Problem-solving attitude for handling customer queries and warranty cases
- Organized, disciplined, and process-driven approach
- Ability to work in an office-based, team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup setup
