Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territory
Appoint and manage distributors and retailers
Ensure product visibility and market expansion
Conduct market visits competitor tracking and reporting
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers
Daily reporting to TSI or Sales Coordinator
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum HS Graduate preferred
Experience in FMCG sales Tea experience is an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Two wheeler preferred
