- Sales & Marketing Manager

Customer Support

- Attend incoming customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.

- Understand customer requirements and explain YRS Prefab products and services.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.

- Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

- Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution of their requirements.

Sales Coordination

- Prepare and send quotations to prospective and existing customers.

- Follow up with prospective clients regarding quotations and enquiries.

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

- Support the sales team in managing customer requirements and enquiries.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support and follow-up.

- Assist in converting enquiries into potential sales opportunities.

Customer Records & CRM

- Maintain accurate customer records and contact details.

- Update CRM systems and Excel sheets regularly.

- Record customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales-related information.

- Ensure all customer information is properly documented and updated.

Communication & Follow-Up

- Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.





- Handle customer negotiations professionally when required.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Job Requirements

Communication Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Computer Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Word.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Familiarity with Email and Internet.

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management.

Professional Skills

- Professional and pleasant personality.

- Ability to work independently.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

- Customer-focused and responsible approach.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience

- Experience in customer handling, telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support is preferred.
