We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and leasing of assets. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the sales and leasing of commercial properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through market outreach and networking
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and finalize deals, ensuring smooth and successful closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and pricing strategies to stay competitive
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Mentor and manage team members to drive performance and achieve targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the real estate sector, with a focus on residential & commercial properties
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing, property valuation, and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills (including conveyancing knowledge)
