About the role : We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales function for our residential real estate project in Gwalior. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, leading the sales team, building channel partnerships, and driving sales through both on-ground and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and final closure.
- Hire, train, and lead the on-ground sales team.
- Drive site visits, customer meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to generate quality leads.
- Coordinate with CRM and internal teams to ensure timely collections, coordination and documentation till possession.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain sales reports, and achieve monthly targets.

Key Requirements :

- 6–8 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Prior experience in the Gwalior real estate market is preferred.
- Strong team management, negotiation,



and closing skills.
- Proven ability to build channel partner networks and drive sales.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of sales performance.
