Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our industrial machinery line. In this role, you will identify potential business clients, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target prospective B2B clients, manufacturing units, and industrial buyers.
- Pitch machinery products through direct client visits, cold outreach, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client technical requirements and present customized machinery solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales negotiations, prepare quotations, and close commercial deals.
- Participate in trade shows, industrial expos, and local marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and new clients.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi (spoken) to interact seamlessly with local clients, pan-India buyers, and regional partners.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, machinery sales, or B2B technical marketing. Freshers are also welcome.
- Education: Diploma or Any Bachelor’s degree
- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and client-relationship management skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industrial visits as required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary + performance-based sales incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
