About Vinde Tradex

Vinde Tradex (DB GROUP) is a fast-growing wholesale garment company specializing in imported apparel distribution across Northeast India. We supply premium imported garments to wholesalers and retailers and are expanding rapidly across the region.

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our wholesale sales operations in Aizawl, Mizoram. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

- Identify and onboard new wholesale customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.

Customer Relationship Management
- Meet customers regularly and understand their requirements.
- Present new product collections and promotional offers.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor daily field activities and productivity.
- Review sales performance and provide guidance.
- Ensure discipline and accountability within the team.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Submit recommendations to improve sales and business growth.

Reporting Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports including:
- Daily Sales Report




- Customer Visit Report
- Current Customer Acquisition
- Orders Booked
- Pending Payments
- Market Feedback
- Competitor Analysis
- Sales Target Achievement
- Team Performance Report

Preferred Experience

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the wholesale garment industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage sales operations and build a strong customer network.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management qualification will be an added advantage.
