Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales growth for the company’s range of packaging machines and related products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.

The Sales

Manager will prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and follow up on leads to close sales. The role also involves collaborating with production and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support, monitoring market trends and competitors,



and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Manager is expected to represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade events, and site visits, while consistently working toward sales targets.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation to support consistent revenue growth.
- Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions for customers.
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting, CRM usage, and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients at different organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
- Comfort with regular travel within the region for client visits, demonstrations, and site meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of the packaging industry or industrial automation is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
