Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients.
- Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiate deals and pricing.
- Track team performance through daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Accounts, Purchase, and other departments.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and business growth
