Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Sales Manager who has evolved from a strong core design background into a powerhouse sales closer. Your primary mandate is to drive revenue, crush monthly sales targets, and close high-value projects ranging from INR 10 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs+ by consulting high-net-worth clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Target Ownership: Own and consistently achieve individual monthly revenue and sales closure targets.
- High-Value Conversions: Drive the entire sales funnel from initial consultation to final contract signing and advance collection.
- Value-Based Closing: Position Oasis Studio as a premium luxury expert, driving sales closures on design value rather than discounts.
- Technical Consultation: Understand complex luxury client briefs to provide instant, execution-ready solutions during pitches.
- Design Team Alignment: Collaborate with internal designers to ensure quick turnaround of functional, profitable, and correct layouts.
- Proposal Accuracy: Verify that all cost estimations, material selections (PU, acrylic, glass, premium hardware), and quotes are technically sound before final presentation.

Experience, Skills & Profile Requirements

- Industry Tenure: 8 to 12 years of core experience in the modular kitchen and wardrobe space.
- Career Evolution: A strong background in design (early career using AutoCAD/ Infurnia) transitioning into aggressive B2C sales closures (recent years).
- Aggressive Closer: A proven track record of consistently hitting monthly sales numbers in the premium interior segment.
- Luxury Networker:



Highly confident when presenting to, negotiating with, and closing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), premium builders, and top architects.
- Technical Sharpness: Deep understanding of modular materials, hardware standards (Blum, Hettich, Hafele), and structural constraints to prevent design errors during sales.
- Excellent Communicator: Impeccable presentation skills with the ability to handle tough client objections smoothly.

Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Consistently hitting monthly sales numbers through high-value closures.

Technical & Design Alignment: Collaborating with internal design teams to ensure highly accurate, functional, and profitable layouts.
