Job Summary

Develop and manage domestic and international holiday packages through destination research, itinerary planning, supplier coordination, costing and pricing.

Key Responsibilities
- Research destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transport and activities.
- Prepare day-wise itineraries for FIT, Group, Customized and Fixed Departure tours.
- Develop holiday packages for families, couples, honeymooners and groups.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other suppliers.
- Compare rates and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Prepare package costing and selling prices.
- Update package rates when supplier or exchange rates change.
- Prepare package details for the website, including itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and pricing.
- Maintain destination, supplier and rate databases.
- Support the Sales team with itineraries, quotations and destination information.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth execution of packages.
- Provide package details and offers to Marketing and Social Media teams.
- Monitor competitor packages,



pricing and travel trends.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate; qualification in Travel & Tourism, Tourism Management or Hospitality preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Tour Operations, Product Development, DMC or Holiday Sales.

Key Skills
- Good itinerary planning and package costing skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Good negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email.
- Positive research and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Travel CRM or booking software will be an advantage.

Language Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in domestic and international holidays, FIT, customized tours and group departures will be preferred.
