Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new business, develop client relationships, and drive sales for interior and turnkey projects. The candidate should have a strong network among architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial interiors, corporate, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and other sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, industry contacts, and upcoming project tracking.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations,



and presentations with the estimation and design teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects while maintaining company margins.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover after order confirmation.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Good understanding of interior projects, fit-out, construction, architecture, or signage/brand implementation.
- Strong client relationship and networking skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, drawings, costing, and project requirements.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
