Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background specifically in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales. The candidate must have hands-on experience in the real estate industry, including property sales, channel partner management, broker networks, client acquisition, and deal closures.

Candidates from FMCG, Pharma, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or other non-real-estate industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Expand the company's sales and channel partner network.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, bookings, and revenue.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.

Requirements




- 3+ years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience.
- Strong experience in channel partner / broker network management.
- Proven track record of achieving real estate sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Residential, commercial, or industrial real estate experience preferred.
