Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of CAD, CAM, PLM and engineering software solutions across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, architecture and design industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software sales, technical solution selling and business development, with a strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing workflows. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline and closing software licensing and subscription deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for CAD / CAM / PLM / engineering software solutions.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking and industry research.
- Build relationships with Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Industrial, Architecture and Product Design companies.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.




- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions with prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and continuously update the CRM with leads, opportunities, activities and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams for demonstrations, evaluations and proof-of-concept requirements.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, Engineering Heads, Design Heads, R&D; Heads, IT Heads, Procurement Heads and Plant Heads.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and solution presentations.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements and pricing.
- Develop opportunities for new licenses, renewals, upgrades, subscriptions and cross-selling/upselling.
