Receptionist – Job Description

Position: Receptionist

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients and candidates professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned person.
- Manage front-desk activities and maintain visitor records.
- Handle basic office coordination and administrative work.
- Schedule meetings and assist with appointments.
- Maintain office documents and records.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments when required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.

Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
- Freshers can also apply.
