Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and property teams for smooth deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of residential/commercial properties.




- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, banking, insurance, or BPO sales may also apply.

Working Schedule

6 Days Working | Full-Time | In office

Candidate Profile: We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented sales qualified who can generate leads, handle customers, conduct property visits, and successfully close real estate deals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
