About the Clinic

Dr Sachin Mittal Advanced Dentistry is a NABH-accredited, state-of-the-art dental clinic in Hisar, with a strong focus on advanced dentistry, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and digital dentistry.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage our growing team and establish strong HR systems and processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, dentists, dental assistants, front-office staff, telecallers, housekeeping, and other clinic positions.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, attendance, leave, and salary-related information.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts department.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline,



and workplace behaviour.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Identify training requirements and organise staff training programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, rules, and SOPs.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve routine HR issues professionally.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and a patient-centric work culture.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and clinic information.
- Support NABH-related HR documentation, training records, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Take responsibility for day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and employee-management skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Positive command of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abili
