Chartered Accountant (CA) – Job Description | Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports.
- Monitor project-wise accounts, expenses, revenues, and profitability.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and review ledgers and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Assist in financial planning, cash-flow management, and cost control.
- Review contracts, invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
- Support real estate project accounting, including land, construction, and development costs.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify financial risks and provide recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,596.26 - ₹41,734.46 per month
