Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory-wise sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage Primary and Secondary Sales across the assigned territory.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, interior designers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand CATA India's dealer and distribution network in Bengaluru.
- Generate new leads and convert potential customers into active business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Drive product visibility, brand positioning, and sales through the dealer and channel network.
- Ensure effective product presentation and communication of CATA India's premium product range.
- Monitor dealer performance, stock availability, order pipeline, and secondary movement.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, collections, and customer support.




- Manage outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from channel partners.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and competitor analysis.
- Identify opportunities for appointing recent dealers and strengthening existing channel relationships.
- Participate in dealer meetings, product presentations, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Preferred candidate profile
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in Territory Sales / Area Sales / Channel Sales.
- Candidates from Exhaust Fans, Kitchen Appliances, Electrical Products, Lighting, Switches & Sockets, Premium Sanitaryware, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Bengaluru market and local sales channels.
- Existing network with premium dealers, distributors, architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors will be highly preferred.
