Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Manage site activities, including labor control, measurement, and supervision of contractors.
- Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Robust understanding of construction management principles, building construction methods, and civil engineering practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
