Job Title: HR Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the organization’s HR and administrative functions. The role will oversee HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, HR policies, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and payroll audits
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS etc
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes
- Manage performance management systems including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and reviews
- Drive manpower planning and workforce requirements with department heads
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee confirmation, and exit processes
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts




- Prepare HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, and performance
- Manage general administration, office facilities, vendors, and workplace requirements
- Ensure smooth coordination of administrative operations and maintain workplace standards
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
- Conduct regular HR process audits and ensure adherence to company policies
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management for people-related decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 6–10years of progressive experience in HR management
- Strong expertise in payroll, compliance, HR operations, and performance management
- Experience in HR policy development and process implementation
- Good knowledge of HR MIS, Excel, and HRMS platforms
- Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and employee management skills
