We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our business and ensure smooth, efficient and scalable functioning across teams and departments.

The ideal candidate should be a strong people manager, problem solver and execution-focused skilled who can translate business goals into operational results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and teams
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational processes and systems
- Monitor staff performance, productivity and discipline
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Track sales, revenue, expenses and operational KPIs
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational quality
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external partners
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Control operational costs and improve overall profitability
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues
- Maintain inventory,



procurement and stock-control systems
- Prepare regular MIS and management reports
- Support management in business expansion and new-location launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and applicable regulations
