Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing team in lead generation, customer communication, market research, and business development activities. This is a good opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in B2B Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on potential business leads.
- Conduct market research and identify prospective customers.
- Assist in cold calling, email communication, and client follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports.
- Assist in digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Support exhibitions, trade shows,



and other business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requirements.
- Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve assigned targets.

Qualification

Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred: MBA/PGDM – Marketing candidates.

Experience

Freshers / 0–2 Year

Candidates with internship, academic project, or B2B sales exposure will be preferred.
