Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, components and finished products.
- Support the Quality team in identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Perform basic quality checks and maintain inspection records.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support quality improvement and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality documents, reports and records.
- Learn and support quality tools such as 5 Why, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D, SPC and basic problem-solving methods.
