Job Role: Warehouse In-charge

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, order processing, and overall warehouse performance.
- Prepare and maintain regular warehouse and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, suppliers, and other departments.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of dangerous goods as per applicable procedures.




- Supervise warehouse activities and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the warehouse.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of warehouse management and inventory operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Must have a bike and smartphone.
