Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager focused on Salesforce CRM.



The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce CRM solutions. The individual will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, coordination, monitoring progress, and managing risks to ensure timely and quality delivery. Daily responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, collaborating with IT and business teams, overseeing configuration and testing, and supporting user training and adoption. The role also includes preparing reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance system usability and efficiency.
