*? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection & onboarding.

• Build, hire, lead & manage the HR team.

• Independently manage complete HR operations & employee lifecycle.





• Handle payroll, attendance, leave & salary processes.

• Develop HR strategies, policies & scalable processes.

• Set and monitor KPI/KRA & performance management systems.

• Manage employee engagement, retention & grievances.

• Oversee documentation, HR records & reporting.

• Drive confirmation, appraisal, promotion & exit processes.

• Build HR systems and processes suitable for a quick-growing/startup environment.
