Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, coordinating with clients and institutions, following up with prospects, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and an interest in the EdTech, training, and education sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Handle leads received through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Contact colleges, universities, institutions, and potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between clients and the sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer databases.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding training programs, internships, placements, student projects, and other EdTech services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals,



presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Track sales enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Training, HR, and Management for smooth project execution.
- Maintain proper records of client communications and sales activities.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleges, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Perform other sales coordination activities assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, telecalling, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with robust communication and convincing skills can also apply.
