Role Description




The Senior Central Account Manager – Control Tower is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees key accounts across multiple societies, ensuring smooth operations, consistent service delivery, and high resident satisfaction through centralized monitoring and coordination. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, identifying issues and risks, and working closely with on-ground teams to resolve operational challenges in real time.
