Design & Development of mechanical modules which includes Gear drives and Cam, Linear stage drives, motor drives, Air sampling modules, Opto-mechanical modules, Cabinets etc. for analytical instruments

Education : BE/B Tech Mechanical

Experience : 4 to 6 years

Specialties (If Any) : Auto CAD and Creo Software

Certifications (If Any) : Certification on Pro/E or Creo and AutoCAD

Essentials:

He should have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in product design and development, hands on experience of working in Creo 3D software and AutoCAD tools. Diploma with B tech is an advantage.

Desired: Able to work on Creo 3D software and AutoCAD tools, Valuable knowledge on materials.Opto mechanical product design and should be gone through the complete product design cycle frame work. Able to do Structural and thermal analysis.





Better communication skills, dedication & work oriented and passionate about products development.

Responsibilites

Should be able to handle project independently
- By capturing the inputs from team members, research papers and benchmark products.
- Able to design mechanical modules to meet the requirements
- Prepare the drawings and release to vendors for fabrication
- Validation of design by building prototype
- Pilot batch planning & batch validation

Release of ToT documents through system procedures

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
